        We know you’re just going to LOVE your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied here is everything you need to know about making a return.

        LOCAL RETURNS: If you are local, please return your item in store. We are located at 324 Fairhope Ave Fairhope, AL 36532

        We accept returns for store credit and exchanges with receipt on full price merchandise, within 10 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. All sale merchandise, jewelry, and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Store credit never expires.

        Online Return Policy: 

        To return your product, you should mail your product to: 324 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope AL 36532, United States. 

        We accept returns for store credit and exchanges for online purchases, eligible for return. If your order includes items for eligible returns, your item must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be received with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.  All sale merchandise are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

        SWAY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a return if merchandise is determined to be unfit for resale. Reasons a return may be refused include, but are not limited to: evidence merchandise has been worn, altered, or washed | offensive odors including smoke and body odor | stains or damage not reported in return request | missing components - buttons, adornments, original tags. 

        We recognize that returns are an important part of shopping, so we offer a fair and flexible returns policy to ensure your online experience is enjoyable and easy. To maintain a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, in breach of our Terms and Conditions, we may refuse future transactions from such customers.
